Quadrant Design understands the importance of wisely spending public money. We work with city and county governments, local taxing districts, state and federal agencies, and non-profit organizations to create efficient, durable, and attractive civic places in communities throughout Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri. Our portfolio includes fire & police stations, public works buildings, libraries, schools, museums, parks, visitor's centers, downtown streetscapes, libraries, public health clinics, and transit district facilities.
As a member of a public board or committee you have a fiduciary responsibility to protect and wisely expend the funds put in your trust. Quadrant Design recognizes the challenges public entities face today and works with our clients to carry out commissions with the utmost integrity & professionalism while treating project funds like they come out of our own pocket.
The professional team at Quadrant Design approaches each project individually with careful consideration as to how the facility can most effectively benefit its community. We work with you to create the materials needed to secure public funding, prepare grant applications, and undertake a fundraising drive. Our staff is experienced in leading and joining public design charrettes as a means to both generate public suggestions and support for your goals.
