The Residential Market is comprised of both single family residences and multi-family complexes. Quadrant Design has expertise in both arenas. Whether its a custom private estate, or a luxury condominium building, we embrace the challenge and set out to create a comfortable and inviting place to reside in.

In addition to custom home design, Quadrant Design has worked for a number of Home Builders and Private Developers to create standard house plans,.  We have also worked with public agencies to provide affordable public housing options.  

In the multi-family sector, our portfolio includes apartment complexes, rowhouses & condominium buildings, and Senior Assisted Living Facilities.

Each residential project type is different and we approach each one with a fresh perspective and listen to the ideas, goals, and needs of our clients.

The Lafayette Lofts development in Millstadt Illinois was recognized by St. Louis Homes & Lifestyles magazine as a 2010 Platinum Award Winner, Loft Home of the Year.
